Core Repair Paste

Core repair paste offers excellent room-temperature repair performance. Strong adhesion, high plasticity, and high strength with low gas generation. Used for bonding, repairing, and flask sealing of all types of sand cores (clay sand, water glass sand, oil sand, resin sand, etc.). High-temperature gas generation is stable and will not increase porosity defects in castings. Fine texture and easy to use.

How to Use

1. For sand core hole or surface defects with diameter ≤5mm, or strip-shaped defects, use core repair paste. For other defects, use repair sand.
2. Take an appropriate amount of core repair paste and fill it into the defect area, then press and smooth it with fingers until it is flush and even with the core surface.
3. Use the appropriate amount of repair paste — excess paste remaining on the core surface after repair must be removed to avoid casting inclusions.
4. Store used core repair paste in its packaging bag when not in use to prevent moisture evaporation and loss of effectiveness.
